I trusted them from the beginning when Oliver knocked on my door in August to introduce the company. Very polite, laid back and friendly. I made an order, they turned up when they said they would the following week with fish that was exceptionally fresh! I heard nothing for 3 months until they made contact again to see if I wanted to make another order. Again delicious fresh fish - fresher than any fish monger I have used in recent years in Surrey! No payment up front, no harrassment in between orders. Highly recommended.

Brilliant product, so fresh, really top quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The delivery is always done to a really high standard. I've tried them all and this one is by far the best.

I've been a customer of Regal Fish for 12 months and i can wholeheartedly say they have always delivered top quality products. I don't order each time. They ring me every 2 months and if i don't want anything i simply say not this time and they don't ring again for another 2 months.

Bought once almost two years ago and been harassed ever since via phone. Never known anything like it. Food wasn’t even that good when we did get it. Absolute pests. Rather eat cardboard and have a peaceful life

They call me everyday! I have blocked multiple numbers. They even leave me a voice mail everyday. If you buy something from this company expect the same. Could probably sue them for harrasment tbh. I will leave a bad review wherever I can til this stops.

Update 22nd October. Another 9 calls in 4 days, its like a vendetta, I opted out of contacvts months ago, its stalking in the very worst way. Avoid this odious stalking company

Update, have just had 9 calls in 3 days, this borders on stalking, am now reporting to Information Commissioners Office, beware of this odious company.

We bought once from Regal, it was fine, but since then, despite deregistering from texts and calls we have had over 20 calls since March, some with voicemail, now I wouldn't take seafood from them if it was free, ridiculous unreasonable
harrasment...

I don't normally give anyone five star's but the cod they sent was so tasty an nothing but white flakes of fish we keep buying it and it just gets better the plaice an cod cake's were also so tasty giant fish fingers fabulous ..well done

"Constant telephone calls."

The fish we have received has always been of good quality, however their incessant ringing every month is very off-putting. In the last 3 days they have rung me 8 times and left voicemails with a number to ring if I want to order. I haven't so I don't want to order, yet they keep ringing. Whoever is driving their sales targets has turned the company into a nuisance and lost them business.
