"None of the the keys worked"
None of the the keys worked. I spent £140+. I was told I would receive a refund if I mailed back the keys, which I did after paying for next day, tracked delivery. I still have not received any refund and am being asked to now physically come in with a copy of the receipt.

"Took the money but no keys."
They assured me that they could supply the key and promptly took payment. Then explained they were unable to supply so I'm now waiting for a refund. Also their prices were sky high. I wouldn't use this company again.

"Poor service"
I ordered an Ultion door key. Ultion appear to offer next day delivery but I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my key from Metrolocks. They now tell me it was despatched yesterday but will take 1 - 5 days for delivery. That doesn’t sound like a secure delivery method to me. I paid £6.95 for delivery. I definitely would not recommend this company and wouldn’t use them again. There has been zero communication from them with regard to the progress of my order. I have had to chase them.

"CONSISTENTLY GOOD SERVICE"
I think this is the third time that I have used this company to cut keys for some French locks. Locksmiths in Paris claimed the keys were so old that blanks were no longer available. Each time Metrolocks have cut keys (sometimes just from numbers) and supplied a great service. On this occasion my concierge in Paris claimed the keys didn't work. Metrolocks suggested WD40 (the locks are very old) and my sceptical concierge was amazed when this worked. She is now singing the praises of Metrolocks and WD40!

"Keys too big"
Like others on here, I ordered 2 identical keys giving the code as I saw it on the lock. Cost was around £20.00. The keys arrived, but neither would go in the key hole, never mind open the drawer. I have asked what can be done. On 3.2.23 I had an email saying matter passed to 'engineering dept.' Nothing received as of 8.2.23. So currently I am £20 down and still have a locked drawer.
Today 10/2/23 I received 2 new keys and I am please to report they fit and work. Well done Metrolocks

"Geld abgebucht einfach so: 24€ away"
I took a picture of a key, got an email that I had to pay.
I started the payment on my credit card but didn't finish it because I don't have a pin.
After that I canceled the payment, didn't respond to the emails that I had to pay.
Today I'm surprised that the money was debited from my credit card even though I don't want or didn't want to buy anything anymore.
THE MONEY WAS CHARGED FOR NOTHING:
if i don't get the money i will file a complaint
I feel cheated and will take legal action unless the money is not refunded.
I ask for a quick solution, I have legal protection and I will use.

"A PROBLEM - AND NO RESOLUTION...."
Enquired as to whether they could cut keys based only on a code. They said they could and "We'll be able to do this very quickly". I paid £22.02 for two identical keys on 31st August and on the same date was told, "Your order is now ready for dispatch". Nothing received by 9th Sept so I emailed, to be told that were posted on the 7th. They duly arrived late on the 9th and neither of them worked. I emailed asking, "What now?" and have heard nothing since. So I am £22.02 down for keys that don't work. Eventually went to Timpsons and got two keys that worked for £12.00. Lesson learned.

Leider habe ich sehr schlechte Erfahrungen machen müssen. Mein Erst bestellter Schlüssel ging laut aussage Verkäufer beim Zoll verloren ! Mein zweiter Schüssel kam in Original ABUS Brief der jedoch falscher code hatte ! Ich hab ihn um 3,75.- Euro zurück an ABUS London Versand ! Mir wurde eine Erstattung zugesichert von einen in Unternehmen Arbeiteten " Chris " ! Bis jetzt habe ich das Gefühl nur angelogen worden zu sein, mein Verlust in Euro sind ca.25 .- Euro . Kann dieses Unternehmen NICHT weiter Empfehlen !!!! Gut das dieses Unternehmen vom Brexit getroffen wurde .

"Buying a key online from welovekeys does work"
I used welovekeys.co.uk with some trepidation. I just could not see how I could get a key cut from a photo online and get the finished product back in a few days.
I have a door with an Ezcurra lock, a company based in Spain. I have been trying for some time to find somewhere that had the base keys in stock to get a key cut and had almost given up with the possibility that I might have to replace the entire lock.
I received the key, it worked immediately and I have just ordered a further copy. I should have had faith and bought two in the first place.
