"Pleased overall"

Bought 2 bedside cabinets with which we are v pleased. They were slightly complicated to build even as an experienced flatpack constructor but good quality. Would have liked an option to track progress of order but e mails were responded to quickly and everything progressed as stated. Would just have liked easier way of tracking.

My order arrived in the timeframe expected but the wrong item was delivered so rather than having the hassle of returning it (when it was all unwrapped) we decided to keep it. Furniture Direct were kind enough to compensate a small refund.

"Ignore the bad reviews !"

I ordered a wardrobe online and was told delivery would be 6-8 weeks. I was very pleased when it came after 7 weeks. The 2 men who delivered it were very obliging, friendly and helpful. I was nervous after reading previous bad reviews but everyone I had dealings with were very polite and helpful. I would have no qualms in recommending this company.I have gave them 5 stars as they can not have done anything more to help me and to enable the transaction to be as smooth as possible.

My furniture was delivered on time and care was taken whilst unloading from the lorry. Two very polite gentlemen carried my furniture to the room of my choice again with great care.
I am very happy with my new furniture and very thankful to have had two respectful gentlemen to deliver it on the day.

Although the item ordered was out of stock, Furniture Direct kept me informed regularly and thankfully today I have taken delivery of my wardrobe. I was impressed by the way they kept in touch and hopefully when I unpack the box everything will be good.

Sent a suite with armchair backrest missing,after numerous emails and phone calls,they sent wrong replacement.I ordered a Vegas suite with hard back backrest they sent a king of verona scatterback insisting they are one and same.keep getting told to contact by email and keep getting run around,

"Excessive charge for assembly of a…"

Excessive charge for assembly of a dressing table which I'm pretty sure was pre assembled by factory. Charge of assembly also was applied to a mirror but it was not put up on the wall because of the boss saying so. Shouldn't be charged for a service not delivered. The furniture was good though.

Furniture arrived earlier than expected and was delivered and installed quickly and expertly by, I have to say, a very polite workman.

Good quality furniture well protected by packaging. Delivery was as promised and phoned ahead so we were available at allotted time. Excellent delivery drivers who very helpful in bring the furniture to the house from the driveway.
