Interest Rates is against certain State Laws.. Virginia State Law is very clear (Code of Virginia 6.2-2216) … I cannot believe a lending company will make you pay 110% interests when in your own State in which you reside in the highest is 36% per year . Even the Consumer. I’m just learning this by a friend that’s an attorney, I expect all my money to be returned of what I have over paid.

Loan Mart is a predatory lender/legal loan shark. My pickup broke down in the middle of winter along I 90 at the border of South Dakota and Wyoming. I had to buy a new transmission. By time I was back on the road it was going to cost me $7500 dollars. Loan mart was my last option for the circumstance. I borrowed $7700 and I have been paying these people and so far I have payed them over $20000. And I am still not paid off and Loan Mart has the title to my paid off 2014 Silverado. Do not borrow money from these people. It is a scam.

Very streamlined, virtual process makes it easiest. Not having to sit around a location for at least half a day makes it more convenient for me. I didn’t mind it taking a few days. The issue I had that could improve things, a step by step document. Bullet points each step with required documents so the applicant can be ready for the next step.

I started my application on Sunday and waited 2 hours for the call they told me to expect. The site said they were 24 hours. That was their first lie. They were not open on Sunday and they close promptly at 5 Monday thru Friday. They don't care about getting your loan funded only about getting your title into their greedy 90 percent interest hands. Then they talk about funding. It is Tuesday night and they have the title to my car and I have NOTHING. I told the representative that if I didn't have the money today, I didn't want the loan. She acted like it was no problem to sucker me into handing over my papers when she never intended to get me the funds today. They charge a $500 loan writing fee on top of their 90 percent interest and they can't even be bothered with getting you your money in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. They ask for your documents one at a time instead of telling you everything they need up front so it takes forever to get them everything they want. They only had to deliver one thing to me and they couldn't even do that. I had everything they needed today by 11:27 a.m. and they did nothing to get me my loan money. I started this process 3 days ago and they meticulously demanded more and more from me to get the loan. I jumped through hoop after hoop for 3 days only to end up with my car title gone and no money in my pocket. Sickening.

If i could give negative 10 stars I would. This is the worst company ever. They are compulsive liars. ANY amount that you borrow is going to DOUBLE. It doesn’t matter how many large lump sum payments you make , your balance will continue to go up. They will call your phone 20 times a day if they have to to get your payment. They DO NOT care about you, they simply just want you to default on the loan so they can take your car. I called This morning to pay off my 7,000 balance, (when i only borrowed 3,000) it’s taking them HOURS just to PAY IT OFF. They’re making it extremely difficult on purpose. Having me sign all these forms and then say call back when you do. Just save yourself the trouble. I took Out the loan to avoid eviction and I would’ve much rather been evicted. I spent 12,000 over 2.5 years off of a 3,000 loan. DO NOT DO IT

La peor expereciencia de mi vida, no suelo dejar review pero espero esto ayude a que no cometan mi error esta empresa es lo peor qu epudo pasarme, no solo bloquean tus llamadas y no responden y al identificra tu cuenta te tratan de lo peor, uno de los pagos se devolvio y se atraso y ellos se llevaron mi carro sin ninguna notificacion, un sabado en la manana, y segun el lugar donde se llevan el carro no abre los fines de seman, convenientemente para ellos, tuve que pagar 1500$ por recargos increibles para que me dijeran donde estaba mi carro, mas 400$ en la yarda por llevarse mi carro, ademas de que me prestaron 5000$ y luego de 12 meses pagando 498$ aun tenia que pagar 6900$ algo simplemente increible, y para terminar despues de pagar esto me colcoaron un pago tardio en mir eporte de credito simplemente no lo hagan una ESTAFA INCREIBLE OJALA ALGUN DIA ESTOS FRAUDES DEJEN DE EXISTIR

The worst experience of my life, I don't usually leave a review but I hope this helps them not make my mistake this company is the worst thing that could happen to me, not only do they block your calls and don't answer and when you identify your account they treat you the worst, one of the payments was returned and late and they took my car without any notification, on a Saturday morning, and according to the place where they take the car does not open on weekends conveniently for them, I had to pay $1,500 for incredible recharges, plus $400 at the yard for taking my car, plus they lent me $5,000 and after 12 months paying $498 I still had to pay $6,900, something simply incredible, and to finish after paying this I They placed a late payment on my credit report, just don't do it, an INCREDIBLE SCAM HOPEFULLY ONE DAY THESE FRAUDS CEASE TO EXIST

So when you say you want to pay off your loan it goes like this! Literally overnight My loan with LoanMart went from $4200 to almost $5000. I paid what the Supervisor gave me as a payoff, and expected my title to appear within a few days. It’s been 3 weeks. I haven’t received it. I called them. They said well no you owe us another $30 so now I’m pissed and I would never do business with this company ever again! The guy on the phone told me I can’t do anything more for you tonight. We close in two minutes and he hung up on me. All I ask was to talk to a supervisor. I have no idea where the $30 came from. $30 is holding up my title. I have not heard one thing from them since “supposed” pay off and have just been waiting for the title to appear in the mail! I have faithfully paid on this stupid account for 2.5 years and it ends like this!
