Had a real good experience with this company ,like old skool customer service,both Jacob initially and Paul Smith today were extremely pleasant ,patient and helpful when booking my holiday to greece ,i had to change my hotel as i found out it was atop a hill (i have mobility issues) and Paul very kindly found me another hotel on the flat ,i cant recommend this company enough especially Paul who i think has saved my holiday from possible disaster i look forward to booking others hols for next year if this one goes to plan
