From booking the holiday with David at Johnson holiday's till we came home Everything ran like clockwork,the Nile cruise was fantastic with guide Aladdin full of knowledge and enthusiasm.
This trip was everything we wanted and more,we met some terrific people.
Would not hesitate to call David again very helpful.

I had nice experience over the prices are cheaper compare to other companies really nice experience on the nile cruise we paid extra for excursions package which acceptable and it's worth it they got full ground team in Egypt my partner had problem in the resort Johnson holidays rep Ahmed was really quick to respond and he immediately brought the doctor to resort and I really thank this company for all the efforts and they look after us
I had an incredible experience with Johnson Holidays, and I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, Joy Wilson was amazing—so helpful and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The whole trip was fantastic, and I felt like I got great value for my money. Their prices are much more affordable compared to other companies.
The cruise was excellent, and we chose to pay extra for the excursions package, which turned out to be totally worth it. The full ground team in Egypt was professional and efficient. My partner ran into a problem at the resort, but Johnson Holidays rep Ahmed was quick to respond, arranging for a doctor to come to the resort immediately.
I really appreciate the effort this company puts into looking after their customers. I Their support made a world of difference, and I’ll definitely be booking with them again.i will go back to same place again

Terrible company. Nothing but lies in their messages. Over 30 phone calls nothing. . They keep saying they have felt with it but haven’t.

The ship is beautiful the guides Waleed and Aladdin were so helpful nothing was too much trouble knowledge super friendly. The food was delicious and all the staff go out of their way to make the holiday perfect. Thank you all.

I placed 2 reviews on here on the 11th Jan, the 1st was constructive criticism after they tried to up the price of the holiday in the middle of paying for it, I decided not to take the more expensive offer, so I was contacted by there "manager" and subsequently persuaded into replacing my review with a good one by giving me the holiday that I wanted at the original price, but not without trying to put the price up again, and as a good will gesture an upgrade to an apartment for £40, which is what I wanted, so I agreed.
The holiday was sourced on a web sight that Emails me regularly with offers, the site advertises this complex as having 167 rooms over six floors with lift. For me this was great as I suffer from arthritis and sciatica.
In reality my apartment No602 and was only reachable by 79 steps, (no lift) and the resort only do apartments anyway, so I spent £40 on something I was already getting.
After checking the holiday description again, all the other tour operators that do this holiday have the same description for the same resort.
So thank you very much Jonston Holidays for giving me a very unpleasent experience, and deceiving me into paying extra for it.
