It was my first experience with Rio Health products despite the reviews about them selling products out of stock, delivery delays etc.
Bought 2 items from them ORDER #RH22977 on Thursday 22nd March, that suppose to arrive in 3 to 5 days. They provided a Royal Mail tracking number that till this day says the are waiting for the item TP140446540GB
After 5 days I've contacted them twice without any answer. The third time they just told me that a refund has been issued as I requested. No explanation about why my items never arrived.
I'm very disappointed about the costumer service of this company.

Items ordered on 15/03 it’s now 05/04. Nothing showing as even dispatched on their website. I’ve contacted their customer services twice with no response. Now I get an email asking for a review… ok.
