Ordered a 3m triangular sail canopy, turnbuckles and pole. Everything excellent except the pole which wasn’t really rigid enough to take the tensioned load (it kinked at the joining points of the pole sections). I asked for a refund on the pole and was given one immediately. First class customer service.

Item arrived well packaged but without any assembly instructions, which is odd given that the mechanism consists of a number of small parts. Hopefully, it was just forgotten and they will be able to send across a digital copy asap. Other than that, item looks decent but has not been fitted as instructions are missing.
