Customer service doesn't answer the phone and doesn't return calls. They don't even answer emails.
I need a part for my Excel59, and cant get D'Angelico to address my needs.. I have tried several times to contact by email and telephone. They make awesome guitars, but someone at customer service needs to be fired.

The only available case specifically for my Bedford Premier! Excellent quality…I wanted to crawl inside the lining it is so furry and soft! Then I put on my D’Angelico shirt and I need to order more.
