"Disappointed-but good customer service."
They sent me an email discount which I used to purchase a t shirt which the website showed as being in stock. Transaction completed and money exchanged. A couple of days later I got an email that they were out of the shirt in that size and I was given a refund. I appreciate the promptness of the refund, but I’m a little disappointed with all other aspects of the transaction. I own two D’Angelico guitars which I love. Wanted to have some swag to show it. I understand there is a lot going on right now, so Not that big of a deal.
