"False information on website and terrible customer service"

I placed an order worth over £500 but nowhere on the website does it say that deliveries to UK incur in custom charges. The website states 'free delivery to UK over £X'. I've waited several weeks without any update/correspondence from Armed Angels and it was only when I received a letter from Parcelforce that I need to pay £154 clearance fee in order to receive my items! I tried to get in touch with someone at Armed Angels but there is no one responding or helping. I can't believe I spent over £500 with this brand and I'm receiving zero support. If someone from the Armed Angels team reads this, can you please get in touch as none of my previous emails have been responded to, and I do not want to pay for any Parcelforce handling fees when the goods are sent back to Germany! Armed Angels should pay for this, since they failed to inform customers about the process at checkout!!!

Modisch, aber trotzdem so zeitlos, dass die Kleidung lange getragen werden kann. Die Produkte und Herstellung sind nachhaltig und fühlen sich super an. Gleichzeitig wird auch darauf geachtet, so wenig Verpackung zu produzieren wie möglich.

I wanted to bring back something and get a return form, but someone keeps sending me an expired form.

Also because they are so slow, the time you get your return form you are super busy, and then the form expires, and you have to ask a new one and it again takes 5 days before you get any response. Then I again get an expired form, and I tell them that, and now they haven´t replied anymore..

Also I returned an item 1 week ago, because the quality sucked. How can you ever sell pants without belt loops, and the metal from the closing is not encased so I already saw happen that the metal would start poking through the fabric!! That is why I returned it. How can you ask 110 euro for very cheap looking pants, without any measurements to make sure the garment lasts longer?!!

Update: I received my refund! But still no communication about it. However I am happier with a refund than a nice message:)

I would not recommend armed angels anymore, the quality is better than cheap clothing, I´d rather spend a little bit more money at Kuyichi or MUD jeans then spend any more money here...

Still 2 because I have one pair of pants from them that is still nice and functional after 2 years. So some items seem to be done right.

Ich musste leider ein paar Artikel zurücksenden, die nicht gepasst haben. Die online Beantragung des Retourenlabels funktionierte nicht und ich musste mich an den Kundenservice wenden.
Dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich mich beim nächsten mal an die 14Tage Rückgabefrist halten sollte, obwohl ich die Bestellung erst vor 7 Tagen getätigt habe. Aus „Kulanz“ konnte ich mir trotzdem über einen Link ein Rücksendelabel erstellen lassen, wobei ich allerdings Bestellnr., Adresse usw manuell eintippen musste.
Außerdem wurde ein leeres Rücksendeformular angehängt, dass ich auch komplett ausfüllen sollte (Bestellnr. Name, Datum, Artikel inkl Rücksendegrund). Das alles hatte ich schon online angegeben und musste es abtippen…

Dieser Prozess könnte deutlich optimiert werden, um es dem Kunden angenehmer zu machen, Artikel zu retournieren. Es kann eben leider nicht vermieden werden, dass online bestellte Kleidung zurückgeschickt werden muss.
