Wonderful product. Been using it all the time.
Sadly, the retainer clip and tie broke very quickly.

"Extra keys needed"

Very helpful in getting extra keys, although they were expensive and more than 2 keys should be supplied with their bike locks in the first place.

"Much more - too - expensive to get replacement keys (in Germany)"

The lock itself works quite well - no complaints there. But don't loose the very small key! I read the german website and ordered a replacement key:

"Ja, sie können ersetzt werden. Jeder Schlüsselsatz kommt mit einer Schlüsselnummer und wenn Sie die Schlüsselnummer kennen, können wir Ihre Schlüssel ersetzen. Es kostet £10 für 2 LITELOK-Schlüssel. "
-> so 2 keys should cost 10 pounds

After the - very long - process the actual costs are:
a) 20 pounds for 2 keys
b) another 4.50 € for tax/customs
