We've had a brilliant experience selling our home with Alexander Hudson. When I was younger I worked in property, so I know how much skill and talent actually goes into the job and how much a good agent will affect the price, and even more importantly, be able to get it through to completion once it's sold. I could tell that every member of staff I dealt with were exceptionally trained, experienced and everyone communicated with each other to make sure everything ran smoothly all the way through. The negotiators created a good buzz around my listing and the property went to 'best and final' offers. I was given good advice all the way through to ensure we got the very best price and buyer. Once the property was sold I felt I was in good hands to make sure it progressed through survey, conveyancing etc., which can be really stressful when you're not used to the process, but I felt that I could call at anytime to ask for help or advice. I'd highly recommend Alexander Hudson to anyone looking to sell their home and I'm sure with such good service we'll be seeing plenty more of their boards around the North east soon. "Ignore you when they are in the wrong"

The company ignored my calls when asking who they were regulated by in response to the fact they charged for services outside of the Tenancy Fees Act 2020 which would be illegal.
The company writes agreements that include end of tenancy cleaning charges as standard which has been prohibited since 2020.
The company refused to give me my tenancy agreement so I could check that they had included this in the contract, and then it suddenly appeared with them months later when I asked for the phone number of my landlord for a different manner. I think this is very dishonest. This company uses the phrase "we don't manage the property" to justify not being able to help at all.
PS: I have no idea who the Thomas in your reply is, I suggest you look my name up on your records.
PPS: thankyou for changing the name, but I still think you’ve mixed me up with someone else. I didn’t request to leave the tenancy.

From start to finish (approx 13 weeks) the team at Alexander Hudson were amazing! Always on the ball, on the other end of the phone to help out, and really friendly. Alexander was amazing too...1st Rate!

The team at Alexander Hudson were all fantastic from start to finish. After getting in touch for a valuation, Jessica came and provided one in line with what I expected.
The house was put on the market with brilliant photos from Frances and within a week of the house being on the market a price was accepted well in excess of the asking price.
Lindsey was great in organising all of the paperwork and putting me in touch with solicitors at True Solicitors who were also very reasonable.
When I do look to purchase another home, I would certainly look to use Alexander Hudson again.
