He really listened to our requirements and surprised us with a set of listings that were on point in price and location, and he remembers the details of our needs even in conversations days later (because he took good notes!). He also went out of his way to show us properties that we said we were keen on even if it wasn’t in his domain, called/texted to confirm we were available on the day itself.
