UPDATE IN AUGUST 2024: I had left a glowing review of our experience with William finding a last-minute rental in Kensington. Then, we moved out in June 2024. It is now August and our deposit has not been returned, though it's been promised many times. It has taken near-daily prodding of William, Oli, and Ella to get any response at all, though it seems no action has been taken. We were rushed through the deposit process, emphasizing that it was imperative that our funds were transferred in a timely fashion before move-in, but the same consideration has not been returned. We've been waiting for thousands of pounds for months.
