I have been doing the 4 week meal plan 5 days per week and find myself on the off days being very happy to start again. I found this so convenient and super easy. I would recommend this to anyone. I found Yasmin and Ami beyond amazing. Any issues or substitutes handled super efficient and with such care. What ever your goals you will have no problem reaching. I found you have no cravings and full of energy. I did not do the plan for weight loss and will weigh at the end of the fourth week. But my clothes are hanging.. The soups are restaurant quality but super healthy. I will order these as a go to after the plan plus the choc almonds and bars are to die for. 10/10

"Delivery did not arrive on time"

Delivery did not arrive on time. Was resent so arrived 3 days late. Staff were helpful but blamed DPD. Was offered a discount off my next order which I never understand because there won't be a another order! :)

I have celery juice in the morning citrus smoothie with my collagen and a strawberry oat for lunch, I’ve had depression for a long time so I never really feel like cooking but this is a big help for someone like me. I feel it’s cleared my skin up and am actually getting some goodness in me.
