I really loved my hard three day cleanse and found it super straightforward and easy to follow. I thought I would struggle, but the juices are super tasty and after day two I felt a real sense of clarity and focus.

I would love to try to advance to a five day cleanse next.

Positives were the customer support to fix the issues below and the taste of the products.

Downside, the delivery process (spillage, one box didn’t arrive) and also the amount. Perhaps I’m being slightly naive but I don’t feel the (standard) price accurately reflects the quality. The Soup for example was oily and not as fresh tasting as the juices.
