I did the juice and soup 3 day cleanse. The juices/soups arrived on time and the order process was fine however the juices were very disappointing. Very bland. The soups were tasty and I enjoyed the variety as juices alone can get a bit boring so that was a positive aspect although I am not sure if soups are as beneficial as juices. What disappointed me most was to see the best by date which was 2 months! I had expected the juices/soups to be freshly made and delivered. When I called customer services they explained they came from abroad and when I questioned this the lady wasn’t really able to justify this. I was hoping for a lovely freshly made product not something that had been sitting in a plastic bottle for months!

Thank you for this explanation. To be fair the lady on customer services said she was new so wasn’t sure about the process and asked someone to call me which they did but missed their call. I think this explanation would be helpful on your website as I’m sure I’m not the only person to question this! Thank you for taking the time to reply.
