Can definitely recommend the winter soup cleanse. Tbh I hate soups but this was so good and warming! I needed to lose about 4 pounds and it worked and I’ve kept the weight off too :) Though I just did two days proper detox and then for the remaining days would do the morning detox and eat whatever for dinner / alternate the next day as I’m too active for such a large caloric deficit. It shrunk my tummy so I wasn’t as hungry and I definitely didn’t crave cheese or sweets etc. If you want an overall glow and to lose a bit of weight this is ideal. And the soups have protein which is vital.

The soups in the Winter Cleanse are too spicy - especially at a time when the idea is to give the digestion a rest.

Also the bouillon used is full of powdered ingredients which are not great for digestion.

I would want a ‘cleaner’ product when considering a cleanse.

The only downside is the cost of postage, which is the same however little you wish to buy. This would put me off buying just the products I require weekly.
