I did the beginner 4 day cleanse and really enjoyed all the drinks, and I lost about 4lbs. I love ginger so where some people have said it was overpowering I actually liked the drinks with ginger the most. I found Day 1 and Day 2 ok but by Day 3 I had very little energy and found it difficult to concentrate on my work. So I introduced some food on Days 3 & 4. I think in future I will do a 2 day cleanse twice in a fortnight rather than do all four in one go.

Love the products but the packaging needs to be improved to be made more robust. I’ve ordered twice and both times one of the soups has been damaged meaning it’s leaked over everything else.
Otherwise I’d highly recommend

Love these juices so much. My favourite are those mini shots. Already tried vitamin d and c.
Really hits you and wakes you up.
Would highly recommend to try.

Juices were good and filling - some tasted better than others :)
However I’ve given a 3* because the delivery did not arrive on the day that had been promised. This meant our cleanse had to be delayed for a day which didn’t really fit in with our plans as we had a meal arranged for day 3 which had to be rescheduled.

Great products soups and meals were delicious and very full! I felt amazing after just a few days, the green juice took a bit of getting used to but it was worth it because my eczema cleared up completely and I was full of energy

Very tasty juices, and a good mix. Nice that most were actually juice based, as have done a cleanse before and was more plant based smoothies than juices.

Love the Press juice cleanse. It’s enough so you don’t feel hungry. Just energised. This is my third cleanse with Press and I will definitely do another

Some of drinks etc had gone off in the heat. I would have expected extra ice packs to compensate. But instead the very few packs inside were poorly placed which probably made things worse. It’s the second delivery I’ve had problems with. Will take a break from buying from you until these issues are sorted.
