"Long term customer"

We have worked with Pendragon for our company fleet requirements for seven years and found their pricing very competitive and day-to-day service to be very acceptable. We noticed a deterioration of customer service during the pandemic which still exists but appreciate this is not unique to Pendragon and due in part to the garage networks used also facing challenges at this time. Our Customer Relationship Manager, Christine Chauhan, provides brilliant support and is always vigilant in sorting any issues escalated to her.

"Thank you for sorting out the issues…"

Thank you for sorting out the issues with my car - things that should not have been an issue when I picked up my car.
A huge shout out to David for processing my claim, even though my full car details wasn't on the system yet. He went above and beyond in helping to get the issues resolved.
I paid for the faults to be done, and I got refunded the amounts very quickly.

I rated my mot service 3 because of the problem with the service I asked the engineer to check the air conditioner because it wasn’t working properly it turned out that the condenser was faulty damaged I don’t know how it was damaged or where it was on the car It wasn’t repaired or replaced and I was told that it wasn’t done because it wasn’t financed by motability to repair it

"BMW amplifier"

A big thank-you to Louise Briggs at Pendragon, who helped resolve an issue over a broken BMW amplifier, which we thought was covered by our two-year mechanical and electrical warranty, but which BMW Stratstone and Kia Evans Halshaw, with whom we took out the warranty, didn't. Thanks to her, the BMW is now booked in to have the amplifier repaired.

"Extended warranty claim"

Big, big thank you to Paul Duffin at Pendragon who promptly sorted out our warranty appeal for a new engine under our extended warranty claim. We had come to a bit of a dead end with our dealer Evans Halshaw Citroen Darlington, who weren't able to progress the appeal in a positive way. We contacted Pendragon directly via the telephone and within a few hours of first contact with Louise, she had esculated our claim to management, Paul Duffin. Paul, as promised rang us back to give us an update. Thankfully that update was great news. He was extremely helpful and showed genuine empathy to our situation. Thankfully he agreed to fully cover the costs under the warranty for an engine replacement. This has been a stressful process due to the potential high costs involved,until Paul took ownership and honoured the repair under the warranty. This has been such relief and I can't thank Paul enough for his prompt and fair resolution to our claim. Keep up the good work.

"Somebody answer the phone…."

We took out an extended three year warranty when we purchased our car last year. All seemed fine, but now we need to contact them no one will answer the phone. We have been given two different numbers, over the past two days we have rang them a combined 55 times and no one answers. All we want is an answer to our questions. We’ve tried calling them from 8.30am until 5.30pm with no response.

Wish we never paid for the extended warranty.
