Great product easy to order and arrived on time

"Terrible experience and awful by the company.."

I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with Reliable Medicare. After more than two years of consistently using their services, I encountered a serious issue that resulted in financial loss, and unfortunately, the company has shown no willingness to address the situation fairly.

Despite numerous attempts to recover my money, I received no response or support from the company. The issue arose when my order was not delivered due to improper handling by the courier service. While the package was not insured, I had expected some form of resolution or at least a gesture of goodwill, considering my long-term relationship with the company. However, no action was taken in my favor, leaving me as the only party suffering the consequences of a mistake that was not mine.

This lack of responsibility is unacceptable and, in my opinion, highly unprofessional for a company of this nature. I strongly caution anyone considering making a purchase from this wholesaler. If you were to find yourself in a similar situation—losing money due to a misdelivered package, with no accountability from the company—you might face the same frustration and loss.

For these reasons, I strongly advise against using Reliable Medicare for any purchases. Their refusal to take responsibility for a lost order, despite my continuous efforts to resolve the matter, is both unfair and legally questionable. Proceed with caution.

"Only 6 months expiry date products without alert"

I have sent Reliable Medical an email mentioning the products PRXT33 we received has less than one year expiry date. There is only about 6 months to be expired.

This has not been alerted to us during the purchasing process. And, the prices has been the same £166 as our past few times purchases.

We have purchased 8 boxes and unless we finish them within a month or we have to show our clients products with less than 6 months expiry date. This is totally not acceptable to our clients who pay for the regular prices products or treatments.

I have requested a solution but yet to received any response from Reliable Medical.
