I contacted reactive parts last year(2023), to buy some replacement bolts for a mirror block off plate, I was charged, and to this date of 1-10-2024 I have still not received them! I am beyond pissed, have several emails from this company explaining why I’ve had to wait so long, and still no hardware! I Assure You that I will never deal with this company again!! Be Warned!

Ordered parts on-line, within minutes I had an e-mail saying parts were being shipped! Further emails received telling me when I could expect to receive the parts and whom would deliver them.
I also called by telephone for parts guidance and to seek assurance that it would fit etc. Very helpful indeed.

"Been chasing up a warranty claim"
Been chasing up a warranty claim for a failed part since July , now middle of November no one rings back or keeps me informed(Jack) when they say they will , going to have to buy the replacement part elsewhere
UPDATE** He didn’t e mail anything , said he was going to but of course never did
User error good one was fitted/removed ( it failed hence it needing removing ) by a well know main ducati dealer who race bikes with receipt to prove as well so I’m pretty sure they know what they are doing

Pro forma turned up funnily enough this morning after I placed the review last night not in any spam or junk folders as i constantly checked.
The reason for a warranty claim was as THE PART FAILED THEN it was removed at YOUR request ready for the replacement , why would I ask for a warranty claim if we broke it we’re not stupid ?
You know you’re talking rubbish and shame I cant upload screenshots to here as it would prove once and for all you’re lying , I have all e mail correspondence which will support this and you know this , I’m willing to chat about it if you wanted but won’t be buying from you again

Ordered an S C Project exhaust it arrived in the agreed time scale fair priced. Leon was very helpful and smoothed the hiccup of the wrong exhaust arriving to a satisfactory conclusion. Please check the proforma before you order thats where my issue arises but will definitely be ordering from reaction parts again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called the company before ordering to check stock as I have had issues with the company before, Was told in stock so ordered, Two months later and still not received, rang Friday and keep being told 2 weeks, poor company to deal with!
Some of the communication over two months.
I still haven’t received this order, I am now requesting a refund, Every time I order from Reactive there’s a problem, Two months for an item I was told was in stock, I could have walked to Italy and collected one.
