"Managed to order the wrong race…"

Managed to order the wrong race fairings for my Ducati. Didn't realise until i came to fit them 2 months after i ordered them. I spoke to Steven at Reactive parts and he couldn't have been more helpful. I ordered the correct set and they sent them out the same morning and will sort out a refund on the wrong ones I ordered.
It's the sort of service you hope to receive but often don't. I'll use them again. Thanks

I had ordered a part and realized after I had paid for my order, I realized I needed one more item. I contacted customer support for guidance. It was less than 1 hour, and I received instructions from Leon with a link so I may get the additional part without extra shipping cost, since I am in the USA. I look forward to my parts and will be purchasing from Reactive Parts in the future.

I ordered some Lightech levers from Reactive Parts,which were unfortunately out of stock....... customer support advised me my email that they were awaiting stock from the manufacturer.
I did have to wait a number of weeks for the parts(down to lightech),but fair play to Stephen and Leon,as they constantly kept me updated,...so thanks for that,much appreciated.
