"Poor item descriptions - even worse refund timeframe"

Ordered a rear brake switch for Lightech rear sets. web page states it fits bike but its needed chopping and altering to fit. Contacted to agree return/refund. said I would get the refund and also refund original postage. took ages to refund money (despite chasing) and still waiting on return postage that is being handled by director. still waiting (item received by RP on 23rd Feb.

"Poor Delivery Service"

I've left this a bit late for review but felt I needed to give it anyway.
Ordered a full CRC bodykit around 25th Aug last year, was out of stock, but usual notification of 'aim' to ship in 14 to 21 days. After a bit of email tennis the kit was shipped on the 6th Oct.
One side fairing was damaged, (courier and not reactive caused), couple of emails back and forth about the issue, a couple of solutions offered, but to their advantage and not mine, i,e i would have been out of pocket if i had taken their offer of an alternate solution to a replacement.
After lots of chasing, I finally got the replacement fairing shipped on 18th Jan. (lots of reasons for the delays, i,e manufacturing issue due to the Australian race season starting).
No proactive updates, I had to do the chasing, it felt like little empathy, for me, its a record for an order, 6 months to full delivery.
I may be unlucky, but most of my orders over the years have had some form of issue
Sad to say, I only use Reactive if I cannot get what I need anywhere else.
Being named Reactive is pretty appropriate, there is little that is proactive (except taking your payment, even before items are in stock - they need to learn from other companies, i.e the likes of Amazon)

"This had been my first order with…"

This had been my first order with Reactive parts and what an excellent service they provide, I ordered a set of CRC race air tubes for the 08 Fireblade. The ordered arrived within a few days and had been securely boxed and plenty of packaging to stop any damage during transit. However, one of the air tubes inners had not been finished to the normal standard of CRC products and I had been concerned these may cause issue if fitted to the bike. This relates to CRC products and not Reactive parts.

 

I contacted Reactive parts and explained the issue along with photos, I then had a swift reply from one of their customer service team members by the name of Jack, who has been brilliant during the rectification of this issue. Jack had kindly checked this issue with the powers above who agreed to supply me with a set of new tubes that will be checked prior to delivery, they're arriving the day after getting confirmation from Jack, again I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

 

This issue is also being raised with CRC via Reactive parts to make sure further manufacturing defects are caught prior to the customer receiving the parts.

 

In short, I highly recommend reactive parts for all your upgrading needs. The postage is swift, and parts are packaged well. Also, the customer service is next level compared to other shops I’ve had dealings with.

 

Big thank you to Jack for sorting this issue, also the rest of the team for getting the orders sent out in a quick manner.
