The part I ordered was delayed from the manufacturer possibly due to Covid.
Reactive parts always kept me informed as to progress. Unfortunately when the goods arrived some items were missing. The staff really were very apologetic and kept me upto date. Over the time It took to receive the parts communication was top notch. Thank you for your customer service Jack.

I have placed a few orders with Reactive Parts and always found the website easy to use and goods delivered quickly. However, I think the measure of a company is how they react when something goes wrong. My recent order was delayed due to shipping problems getting goods into the U.K. the team at Reactive Parts went above and beyond to find alternative stockists, source alternative parts, chase suppliers etc whilst keeping me informed every step of the way. I certainly feel like a valued customer and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again or recommend them.

Emma,you are a ROCKSTAR! Since I am in the US,there's not many dealers that offer CRC bodywork,so I decided to reach out to CRC on IG. As soon as I messaged CRC, I received nothing but amazing customer service from Emma. She went above and beyond to get me the information and pictures I needed to make a decision on a windscreen. Needless to say,the order went very smoothly and cannot wait for my order to arrive!
Update: Reactive has sent me the missing part,so all is good! If you have a 2015+ R1 stay away from the tank trim piece,it fits horribly.
