Very poor service. Wrong move in date was sent by Ambit to Centerpoint resulting power outage in my home for over 12 hours.
Resulted in loss of work and the food went bad in the refrigerator.

edit: i cant find a way to directly reply to the company's reply , but i was referred by my apartment complex to this so-called "vip concierge team" which by the email account we communicated with did NOT disclose that they were run by ambit energy , told me to use this overpriced BS and ensured me that i was getting the best energy rates for my one bedroom apartment . tell me why i was paying DOUBLE what i am paying now with justenergy ? why is it my fault for trusting this "VIP concierge team" ? where's the humanity in scamming a 23 year old who already spends 60% of her paycheck on rent ? it's honestly sickening . then to have the audacity to charge me $700 in additional fees just to CANCEL ? unbelievably vile .
