They were on time with the service they provide me. They explained everything to me to the T. I'm certainly impress. A great team to work with especially Marco and the lady I spoke with for verification I'm sorry I can't recall her name but they both were very professional and very informative.

No utilicen este servicio de luz, de verdad que sus cargos son demasiados elevados, aparte de los batíos ellos agregan algo q se llama centerpoint q varias cada mes ni siquiera es fijo, que es carísimo y no entiendo en base a que cobran eso! Dice q mientras más alta llegue tu factura más te sube de precio ese centerpoint, una locura, realmente no lo recomiendo!

Cargos muy elevados, solos vivimos 2 personas y casi nunca usamos la energía y los cargos son de 300$, así fue por 2 meses .. es absurdo sus facturas.. por eso tome la decisión de cambiarme de compañía.. no los recomiendo ni que me pagaran
