Siège très confortable ! J'ai le volant G920 de Logitech depuis un moment et depuis que je l'ai installé sur le siège, les sensations sont vraiment au rendez-vous. Bon produit et finitions de qualité.

Mega!! The seat arrived today. 3 days after ordering. When I unpacked it, I was very surprised at the quality of it. That's really great! After a quarter of an hour of assembly, which was quite fast, I installed the steering wheel and the pedals with the screws supplied by Playseat. Thank you for the direct delivery of the screws. Afterwards, the first test drive, that was also a really great feeling with the playseat

"Love my Playseat"

Well I first bought the Playseat Challenge at the beginning of the pandemic to go with my G29 wheel & pedals. The seat is great for those with minimal space who need to put it away when not in use or traveling with your racing rig. It folds up quickly and gives you a great racing seat. My lap times have been dropping like flies throughout the pandemic (I work from home but the boys & I have a weekend racing league) with the seat so much that I just recently bought the F1 seat with Thrustmaster wheel & pedals for some serious F1 competition. I'll let you know how that goes once it's broken in.

I purchased the Playseat Alcantara Pro from their website, received an email stating that said item was not available and wasn't going to be for quite a while; They gave me two alternatives and I chose to go with one of them, while also being given a slight discount which was amazing.
Overall amazing experience with customer service and amazing quality as well.

Die gekaufte Floor Mat XL wurde schnell geliefert. Soweit das Positive. Die Matte roch auch nach 2 tägiger Lüftung an der frischen Luft wie ein Altöllager! Alleine der Gedanke, so etwas in ein Kinderzimmer zu legen, ist absurd. Ich habe noch nie einen Teppich gesehen, der so schlimm gerochen hat. Ich bin sicher (bin vom Fach), dass eine Analyse gesundheitsschädliche Substanzen finden würde. Ich habe Playseat Store mit meiner Reklamation/ Beschwerde konfrontiert. Man war geschockt. Auf die angefragte Rücksendung hat man verzichtet. Stattdessen bat man mich um die Vernichtung der Matte. Gleichzeitig avisierte man mir eine Rückzahlung auf mein Paypal Konto innerhalb von 1-3 Tagen. Das ist nun 17 Tage her! Seitens Playseat Store antwortet man seitdem weder auf Emails, noch in der Chatfunktion, geschweige denn auf einen Anruf. Zusammengefasst: katastrophales Produkt, nicht existierender Kundenservice! Ich rate jedem von einem Kauf in diesem Shop ab. Zumindest wenn man später etwas reklamieren muss. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich Paypal eingeschaltet und um Käuferschutz gebeten. Ansonsten wartet im nächsten Schritt mein Rechtsanwalt.
