"Ich habe den Playseat PRO F1"

Ich habe den Playseat PRO F1 - Mercedes AMG Petronas Motorsport gekauft und bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Zwischen Bestellung und Lieferung lag gerade mal 1 Woche. Sehr netter Kundendienst der sich auf alle Fragen sofort zurück meldet per Mail. Immer wieder zu empfehlen.

I bought an F1 playseat. Before I bought it I asked the support if it was capable o dealing with forces of the Fanatec DD1. They said that it would be no problem at all.
So I bought the seat. When it arrived I unpacked and build the seat and mounted the DD1 on it.
One word: HORRIBLE.
The steering column is moving all over the place (literally 1-2 centimeters side to side) when driving over curbs. The brake pedal mounting cannot be fixed into position because the Fanatec brakes V3 require some decent force to apply the brakes. That causes the brake pedal mounting to gently slide backwards until you can no longer reach it in a comfortable position.

I've contacted support. They said it probably was a faulty production and send me some new parts. Which was nice of them (although it took about a month to get to that part, which was less nice).
Then I mounted to new parts, which looked exactly the same as the parts I already had. The problem was also exactly the same.
So now I have to contact them again, for the same issue. They do not respond, or respond very late to their whatsapp. It took me 3 emails to get a reply.

When they finally did respond, they told me my seat was not compatible with Fanatec even though their website said (and still does) say it's compatible with Fanatec. Their solution is to turn down the strength so it becomes less realistic or spend more money on an even more expensive seat.

I will never buy anything from playseat again.
