"We booked one night in Wengen from TUI"

We booked one night in Wengen from TUI, we booked a very nice upgraded more expensive room with a view and balcony and paid company in full and received a confirmation from TUI the next day with the room that we booked. Upon arrival at the hotel, hotel informed us they were overbooked and we were downgraded into the smallest room on the attic, no view, small window and no balcony. Hotel informed us that this happened to few TUI customers and there was nothing they could do for us. I contacted TUI the next day to ask for partial refund, they said there is nothing they could do because we did not call them from the hotel instead of dealing with hotel directly behind the scenes. I just want to make sure for any future customers to be aware of their business model and there is no recourse or even attempt to help. We cannot do anything because we prepaid in full, I am just glad it was one night and not a ruined longer vacation. We would never use them again and will go through much more known companies. We travel all the time and this is the first time I had to deal with such blatant lack of recourse. Julia

Verschiedene Reise durch TUI bremgarten Ag gebucht (und es waren kein billige Reise ) war zufrieden aber jetzt um 9.mai email geschickt für Termin abmachen für a neue Reise bis heute (17.mai )kein Antwort um 12.Mai angerufen die Antwort war:Im Moment kein Zeit wir rufen zurück ich warte heute noch .
Ich habe immer alle meine Reise pünktlich bezahlt war gute Kundinnen und jetzt sowas
Das geht gar nicht!!Nie wieder !!!!

Während des Absendens der Zahlung über Kreditkarte fliegt eine Preiserhöhung von TUI dazwischen und unterbricht die Transaktion. Das geht gar nicht, für mich Abzockerei.
