Product arrived no problem.
Motor and gear box were shipped wrapped in a plastic bag...
in a box 8 times larger than the part... with absolutely no packing material in the box at all.
UPS crushed the box because of no packing.
Only good thing was the part did work when installed.

Dyers shipping department needs some serious training.
