The product was fairly easy to install and hook up. However when I received the unit the new broad was not in the package even through it was lasted on the manifest. When I notified them they corrected it in a timely matter.

I would give you 5 stars, but your choice of USPS for delivery is terrible. It took them 4 extra days to deliver.

Friendly and professional service. Our order was a bit tricky to track since it was drop shipped from the factory so it took a little longer to track but no big deal and response was quick. We've used Dyers before for our business needs and would do so again without question.
