I purchased a Dallas compact scooter in 2022.it arrived the next day very well packed, recently I needed new batteries, they came next day. I cannot recommend this company enough,excellent service, needless to say I love my scootor never had any trouble with it, I've never given a review for anything before, but felt I needed to for this company.

My experience with Invamed, was brilliant. I ordered online,very simple. Then the fun began. The carrier sent me an email saying my product would be with me the next day. It wasn’t, for some reason it was in Scotland and I was in the West Midlands. I could only contact the carriers by web chat, which was not ideal. So the next day I contacted Invamed. I spoke to a lovely lady Vanessa, who went above and beyond for me. She called TNT/FedEx and sorted everything out for me. I have received my scooter, in good condition and couldn’t be happier.

Highly recommend this company, they couldn’t have been more helpful, the person I spoke to on the telephone was absolutely second to none with details about the item I wanted to purchase. The quality and the price of the item I bought was excellent. After I had received it I wasn’t sure about a couple of things regarding putting it together, the staff were again extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble .
