The car was in great conditions, bed, kitchen, everything worked perfectly. And the check in process was easy, staff in the Auckland place were very nice and helpful!

Could improve on airport pickups, maybe every half hourly or a call to collect system as we had to wait an hour and 15 mins for collection.
Van was an upgrade from what I had initially ordered which was great except you except you have to fold bed away when you are driving and the inside windows were very dirty which we cleaned ourselves as vision was cloudy.
Staff were friendly and drop off was easy. Would be easier if road tolls were included like every other rental camper we have used. Would consider using them again, overall a good van and good service. Thankyou!

Despite what a lot of the reviews say, we had an excellent experience with lucky rentals Christchurch. The checking in and receiving of the van was super quick and easy, the campervan was perfect, it was clean, in good condition and didn’t give us any trouble for the full 2 weeks. The only reason I have given 4/5 was due to their high admin fees for fines.
