Der Ablauf ist unkompliziert und funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich war über ein halbes Jahr bei boxie24. Die Preise sind gestaffelt. Ich bin zufrieden und vor allem der telefonische Kontakt ist einfach und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Insgesamt gute vier Punkte!

Super professioneel en fijne service. Ze zijn mijn spullen zowel op komen halen (snel en zorgvuldig) als terug gebracht: ook top! Zou Boxie24 zeker aanraden.

Sehr unhöflicher Kontakt, bereit zur Abholung wären sie gar nicht. Telefonische Erreichbarkeit immer nur bis Mittag oder maximal 14 Uhr. Umzüge auf's Wochenende verlegen, geht gar nicht da niemand dort ist. Rechnung zusenden ohne je irgendwas getan zu haben und noch die Dreistigkeit besitzen nicht einmal die Reservierung nach mehrmaligen hinweisen stornieren. Stattdessen wird am Telefon unfreundlich geantwortet.
