All was good except when I wanted to have the ATV shipped to my Grandson and a photo of my drivers licenses and credit card was required. Since I refused they shipped the ATV to me. Everything else was good.

It was easy to order. Called customer service to make sure everything went through fine and they were friendly and helpful. Had a little trouble with shipping. It did come faster than estimated. Had trouble finding the house so didn't deliver the next day we're suppose to call for me to be there for delivery but didn't. Was delivered and was not damaged.

I ordered a Tao Tao DB17 125cc 4 stroke pit bike. It came faster then the expected shipping time and was cheaper on this website then other websites I looked on. The reason for my 3 star on service is for one main reason. My motor came with a head stud that is completely stripped. When the motor is ram or even kicked over a few times it drips oil on the skid plate. When I got the bike I opened the gas tank and it smelled like there was fuel in the tank recently. I believe that if the motor was ran and tested before the bike was shipped, they would have noticed oil dripping on the skid plate and their shop floor. There is also a bolt missing on one of the fairings.
