Product came perfectly in the mail, delivery driver was super polite we were laughing the whole time, company kept in touch with me through whole process, product even came earlier than expected delivery date! I do not have my order number therefore they will not send my paperwork. So I can't ride the bike at all. Thanks a lot. Worst customer service.

Sales gets back to you immediately however support takes a minimum of 24 hrs to reply to a simple email. Every question takes at least a day for a response. A simple email conversation takes all week. Once you give your money you can no longer talk to support, only email.
ATV arrived with following damages:
-Snapped off brake lever
-bent handle bars
-torn grip
-scuffed scratched paint in several locations
Killer Motor Sports will not cover the costs to repair their product which was damaged during shipping. They would only send replacement parts and will not cover costs of time lost, cost of the repair, or replace the product. Who knows how long it will even take them to ship the replacement parts that I have to pay someone to install. UPS has not even received them yet. It’s already been 10 days since I filed the claim. ATV is still sitting on the pallet it was delivered on.
Absolute nightmare of a company I gave my money to.

It is very hard to get in touch with your staff. You have a voice mail where you must leave a message and, receive a return call. Can't stand this kind of service from companies. Or you must leave an email and still wait for a response. I love the bike and you all did excellent in setting it up and, delivery but, please work on your customer service should be as good after you purchase as when you purchase.
