Excellent service and product. Got quotes from other companies as well but Metro’s prices and quality of the materials were excellent. Ranto, the designer, was really knowledgeable and helped us with the perfect design for our sliding door wardrobes. The installation was done by Kinjal, and he finished everything in just one day. Overall, I'm really impressed with Metro Wardrobes' work and professionalism. Would recommend and use again. Thank you.

Here is the review: Title: Be aware, do not leave anything valuable in your own home!
I wish I could be leaving a 5* review for this company. Whilst the fixture of new wardrobes in my property was mainly ok (a few things missing), my experience has not been positive due to the disappearance of a box that contained very valuable items after the new wardrobes were fitted. All my possessions were emptied from the wardrobes to be replaced, however there was a discrete section which was not attached to the wardrobe but instead it was linked the floor where the valuable box was stored. Unfortunately, this box which should have remained on the floor was not removed due to an oversight. I was present during the fitting and removal of the wardrobes and none of the workers raised an issue to say that they have found a box (which was not part of the wardrobe). It appears that the box was just taken. Once I became aware of the situation, I asked if the box was taken by mistake but instead I was blamed for not removing it. This box was not part of the wardrobe as it was not attached to it. I am shocked at the lack of honestly and empathy at this firm, they have only been chasing for the remainder of last payment. Though, Metro Wardrobes denies that the workers took it, it is such a coincidence that this valuable box disappeared after the new wardrobes were fitted. So please dear users/potential clients be very very careful of this organisation. I am expecting an unwelcome response from the company as it appears that it is what they do when they do not get a 5* review.

Highly recommend them! Their service and products are excellent, and the staff is always professional and knowledgeable. Our designer, Nassy, visited our house and took measurements. We later met her at their showroom, where we were able to see the quality of the material and choose the colours. Nassy also sent us a 3D render of what the wardrobe would look like, which helped us visualize the end product. The fitting team was a delight! They made sure we were happy with the end result and left the apartment immaculately clean. We're looking forward to Metro working on our other bedroom furniture!

"Friendly, high-standards, quality and competitive"

We found Metro Wardrobes online after receiving an extraordinarily expensive quotation from a well-known wardrobe design and fitting company. James' team was very responsive. Jinal replied to our RFQ the same day and within minutes and demonstrated flexibility (they arranged a visit on a Saturday afternoon, the same day we contacted them for the first time). The solution they offered was of higher quality (better lighting - seamless light, thicker MCF liner, branded mechanisms etc.) than the quotation we already had from their competitor. Surprisingly, we saw a significantly lower price. Therefore, we got concerned about "too good to be true" and decided to visit their showroom. Upon our arrival, we realised that this was not just a showroom by also the manufacturing site, and that was the moment when we felt that we had found the right place. Over there we realised that they offer solutions at higher standards than we already had from their competitor.
Jinal was very friendly, understood our needs well, and helped us tailor their solution accordingly. Jame's team stayed responsive and collaborative and provided all the information we asked for to ensure the designs were correct, including high-quality 3D renders based on pictures we sent from our room. They were even happy to offer handles out of their catalogue that we found online from rather suppliers.
The last step of course was fitting. Sumit and his team did an excellent job and the final result exceeded our expectations. They were very careful, well equipped and skilled. No rush to finish, but more focused on delivering high-quality results. It is more than 2 weeks and we still look at the wardrobe and we cannot believe that it looks better in reality than in the pictures.

Metro Wardrobes delivered on EVERYTHING they promised. They delivered the complete installation of my wardrobe and shelves within 28 days from their first visit to measure the space in the rooms. The built me exactly what I wanted - a custom design, floor to ceiling set of wardrobes for my bedroom and a bookshelf/drawer combo for the home office. The surveyor, Nassy, was very professional, fast and definitely knew her stuff. The fitters (Sandip & team) showed up at 9 am on the dot and got everything built in ONE DAY. They were also incredibly professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Not to mention just a very nice bunch. It was clear that they do this a lot together and weren't just random contractors hired for the job (a la Hammonds).
Metro Wardrobe works like clockwork. Had I gone with Sharps or Hammonds, I would've paid almost twice the price, not gotten floor to ceiling, and would have had to wait 3 months to get them installed. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to get something built. Go get designs from a couple of companies, pick the one you like and go to Metro and get it built. You won't regret it, especially if you work with the same people I was lucky enough to have.

Update:
After doing a deep clean of the wardrobes I noticed a handful of places where the paint or wood was chipped, probably from the speed of work. Nothing outrageous but quite a few places where more care could've been taken, as well as some scratch marks. The one by the front of one of the bookshelf doors is particularly apparent and quite deep. I've asked Metro to provide some paint to cover up the spots but have not heard back yet.

Final update: After a few weeks of back and forth Metro Wardrobes provided solutions for everything that was an issue and did a good job at providing a detailed follow up service. Kinjal and team were lovely and made sure to provide quality replacements with care. Thanks again Metro Wardrobes!

Great quality wardrobes. Overall, was very satisfied with the service, really happy. Special kudos to Kinjal and his team. They have arrived on the agreed date and completed the preparation and installation of 2 bespoke wardrobes (1 quite big) within 2 days time. There were also challenges, like the wall/ceiling not being straight etc. and a couple others but Kinjal overcame these no problem. Every section is airtight sealed. Great professionalism and communication. Again Kinjal is a great, trustworthy and kind guy with many years of experience. Thanks again.
