Overall I give Metro Wardrobes a 5* service for all of their efforts and rewarding work!
Luci my designer and Kinjal the fitter in particular were the most helpful and reassuring throughout the process of getting my fitted furniture installed from start to finish. Even though there were some slippery patches and it took a couple of days more than expected for the work to be done, it was done to my full satisfaction which I am very thankful to the entire team for. I highly recommend this company if you want fitted furniture installed at competitive price with no mess or fuss! Keep up the good work :)

"Very easy process from start to finish"

Very easy process from start to finish. Design visit was efficient and amends were easy to communicate. Installation was on the day planned and the installation team were friendly and worked fast to ensure the wardrobe was finished the same day. I appreciated they ran through the plan before starting and double checked exactly what I needed, making small adjustments on the day to cover some pipe that was not initially planned for. The room was left spotless after they left. Will use again for master bedroom wardrobes. For the service and quality the pricing is very fair. Aftercare also good, warranty sent across alongside final payment.

"Fitted Bedrooms"

Overall really good experience with Metro. We had lots of back of forth on the design of our fitted wardrobes for 2 bedrooms with Sameer and Pelak to ensure we were happy with the plan and they were both very helpful. We had two fitting teams and they were both very good, especially Jay who went out of his way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We had some minor adjustments that were required to doors and bedside cabinets after the fitting was completed and team delay with these quickly and efficiently sending the fitters back the next day to complete. Really great professional service from the whole team at Metro. Really pleased with the quality of the final product and price.

"Excellent design and service"

We have just had our wardrobes fitted last week and we absolutely love it! We are so pleased with the end result. The experience from start to finish was excellent.
James was amazing and so were all his staff. He was always there to answer any queries we had. Luci the designer was very experienced and knowledgeable in answering all our queries. He was very patient as we changed our design and colour scheme a couple of times. The delivery came as expected (within 10days of placing the order) and the fitters who came were very professional, friendly and efficient. They arrived on time and performed a superb job. They cleaned up and left the place very tidy.
We would like to say thank-you to the fitters/Installation team - Pappu, Ramesh & team. They were all fantastic.

Last but not least a HUGE thank you to James who always made sure we were happy with everything.

We highly recommend them - Very personalised service, competitive price with good quality and excellent delivery time. We will definitely be using them again for future projects! Thank you to Metro and all the staff for doing such a great job!

"AVOID! It’s the best recommendation I could give!"

Where to start…
The sales person Nassy took the wrong measurements, made us believe it was possible to have the push to open with soft close on the drawers which at the end didn’t work out and estimated the entire job to take max 2 days.
Instead we had fitters coming around for 6 days! This was because they had to rectify the initial job where all doors were wobbly and not align, nothing was flush! So many of the panels were scratched and not even cut straight. It really looked like the fitters lack the basic cabinetry/carpentry skills for the job!
My partner lost days of work to let the fitters continue the job and we both went through so much stress in not being able to have a bedroom for a full week!
Not only we had to keep pointing out to the poor quality of the job but now the real wooden floor is damaged and we have to pay for a decorator to come to re paint the walls which were just done.
Plus one of the cheeky fitters threw cigarettes butts all over the driveway and I had to clean them up on my own in the evening.
I really wouldn’t recommend!
All of this inconvenience was only compensated by a miserable 8% discount! Ridiculous! Really avoid Metro Wardrobes!
