"Very disappointing delivery service"

Very disappointing delivery service. When I ordered my item it said delivery Monday or Tuesday which I was happy with - however when the item despatched it changed to Wednesday! Not good at all - I would have looked elsewhere if I’d known date would change. My orginal order email confirms Monday or Tuesday 😤

I have changed my review from a 2 star to a 4. This is because I received prompt reply to my questions/queries. I was also offered to return the item (unopened) because if arrived after anticipated date. The reason given for the delay is because I had to verify my identity / because this was not done before 3pm it rolled over to the next day - when it asked to confirm my identity it didn’t tell me about the cut off time - I received the item on Wednesday instead of my expected Monday/Tuesday.

BUYING/ PAYING FOR SOME OF MY MEDICAL PRODUCTS- never thought about this before as I buy all the normal non prescription tablets people keep in their bathroom cabinet. However , a gp recently questioned why I was not paying for something I do have to use daily , and they stopped the prescription for 2 a month . Found I could buy at a much lower cost from The Independent Pharmacy total £15 for 3 inc postage, whereas local chemist and a national brand chemist sold one for £7.50-9.50. Delighted to receive well packaged and on time and will use this company again. Will definitely use again. Just to add the company take details of your health and what meds you are on and use and why. Pleased they have this safety check.
