"RICS level 3 report"

Guy carried out a RICS level 3 report for us on a property we are intending to purchase. Report was very thorough. Guy was very friendly and helpful, calling us to talk through the report and discuss any questions we may have. When our bank requested further information, Guy was very kind and produced a follow up letter at very short notice. We would certainly use him again and recommend his services.
