I am really struggling with HomeBox. For months now the energy suppliers in my rental property have not sent me an invoice on what the real monthly costs are. HomeBox cannot do anything to help and are very difficult to contact in any case. I am new to the UK and finding this very frustrating. I am very concerned that I will be hit with hundreds of pounds of costs when the bills finally come through
