"This company was slow to get going with…"

This company was slow to get going with my claim, and slow with paperwork after I returned it, but they made a claim for me and I am happy with the result. They are not scammers.

Maximum commission allowed by law for this is 20% + VAT

"Emailed them twice, no reply..... Scammers?"

I received a letter from these people demanding I pay over £700 for their services when they claim they got me £2378 back from ppi claim
They had already informed me that I had no ppi claim, so I am somewhat confused.
They claim the £2378 has been paid into my bank account or I have received a cheque. They don't seem to know how I should have received the alleged money, which makes me suspicious.I've checked my current account numerous times and no payment from Barclays has ever been paid into the account.
I've written to them twice to try and get to the bottom of it but they won't reply.
So I can only assume that this could be a scam...... Trying to get me to pay for something they haven't done?.

Provided a great service, made making a claim very easy. I have received over £4,000 so far, all from accounts which haven't been active for over 10 years and for which I could only provide basic details.

"Be wary"

Be wary.
I received my compensation, which was issued by the bank.
The bill from CRS arrived a couple of days later itemised to 25% fee plus VAT. Whereas the legal maximum is 20%plus VAT.
I contacted them and was initially told that they were correct....when I pointed out to the call handler that I had already checked the details with the ombudsman, she put me through to her supervisor, who apologised and said “the system automatically defaults to the old fees”, without suggestion that they have ever tried to rectify this.
This means that they routinely overcharge. Please check your bills as you may also have been deliberately overcharge too.

Endlessly harassed for payment when the PPI had not been paid out, causing extreme anxiety. Disinstructed the company and now receiving threatening letters.
