"PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST THIEVING COMPANY!! THEY ARE BROAD DAY LIGHT FRAUDSTERS!!"

Just like Kelly, this nasty thieving company delivered the 'totally wrong' sofa to me which I paid £949 via their Crazy Price Sofa website for.

When the sofa arrived I did not even allow the delivery men bring it in because I could see 1. from the label that it was a totally different named sofa and 2, total different colour than what I ordered. I refused to sign for it and asked the delivery men to take it back with them in the 'original packaging'.

Emailed Crazy Price Sofa straight away and requested a full refund. A rude person called Sam responded saying that they will deduct £150 as a delivery charge when the company delivered the wrong order! Please note, Sam made this charge up on the spot knowing that I had already paid the full price because if I had only paid a £50 deposit there is no way Sam could charge me £150 for a sofa that was not what I ordered, a sofa I did not unpack, a sofa that did not enter my property and a sofa I did not sign for!

Guys honestly this is a fraudulent company and don't dare give your hard earned money to a thieving company like this!!

I'm take legal action and will have the company investigated for fraud, please make sure you do the same if you experience foul play from this company! They are AWFULL and so unprofessional as they fail to realise that when they are greedy and treat customers poorly, they will loose customers whereas if they were decent and did the correct thing customers will trust that they are a genuine decent company and would return in the future but they give their game away when they become thieves in broad day light and allow customers to know straight away that they are dealing with a DODGY company!!

I ordered a sofa and paid the full amount and was e mailed a day later to say thus sofa wasn't in stock and offered a completely different one which I refused and asked for a full refund. This happened in mid September and I am still fighting to get my money back, I paid through PayPal and raised a dispute who are now dealing with it but still not got my money, there is no phone number to call and they don't answer e mails all you can do is go on to webchat and get the same response of I will contact "the office" but you never get an update.....ever, donot use this company in fact don't ever use a company that will not provide a phone number for their customers to speak to them directly. This has been and still is a upsetting and stressful experience, I am a hard working nurse and paid 900 pound for a sofa that I never recieved and this shameful company will not give me a refund ...... disgusting treatment of its customers please please don't touch this company go to a company that you know as It might cost you a little more but nothing is worth this amount of stress, have now instructed my solicitor to start legal proceedings as I personally cannot deal with this anymore

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it were possible. I dealt with Helen on Facebook and she is extremely rude.
PLEASE no one use this company. They brought incorrect item and tried telling me to remove the sofa myself from my house in order to return it whilst they were still here and hadn’t even brought the full sofa in, I realised immidiately it was wrong and that I didn’t want it and asked them to return it They then refused to give my money back, accused me of assaulting the delivery drivers whilst I had my 7 month child with me, told me I am a liar and then told me I need medication all before blocking me. I know some people have used them and haven’t had an issue but I’ve now dug deeper into the company and it seems they cause issues wheneve there is a complaint against them. I am shocked with how they have been 😂
Teaches me to order from an online company 😂 even though I did scope them for a while and as a company that has thousands of reviews and clients and spoke to a few people who have ordered and didn’t have a problem but 71% of their reviews as company THINKCOMFY on sites they can’t remove bad reviews are all about them being rude and taking peoples money. PLEASE AVOID USING THESE FACEBOOK COMPANIES!

Shocking absaloutly shocking i would never believe these “good” reviews on here because we are havin such a nightmare we are a young couple moving into our very first house and had to buy everything from start and we decided to use this company because of the “good reviews” but had issues with the corner couch we bought paid £550 for it and not 1 peice out of the 3 section match together it wont clip together as the brackets are upside down and not even in the right places to match the others that are meant yo connect, they was very eager in the begging to take the payment and very eager to get us to buy one so we did and it came by two youngish men they literally threw our couch around to get it inside! They was qwuick enough to get away from the address once they was paid in cash! So now we are stuck with a couch that doesnt mach up the centre peice is a foot lower than the other peices they said they sent the wrong legs out so they sent another set and its even worse!!! So we sent them videos and pictures of every problem we have with it amd they are basically refusing to refund us the amount we paid and refused to replace it with a couch that isnt broken!! I would never ever recommend this compony its honestly a con they have no phone number and no apparant address? But we have managed to get information on the address of the warehouse and will be making a journey there all the way from wales to sort this out, its also alot of false advertising because the coucb we ordered looks nothing like the one we received, HONESTLY STAY AWAY NEVER BELIEVE ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPANY, i now know off several people that have had issues, every couch is said to come with 12 months garuntee but i cant even garuntee that you will get a message back from them, id take advice of others and save up your money and buy from a proper shop you can go and look yourself we feel so stupid ordering of this compony, there Facebook is dealt with by the same person its all a scam!!!

Ordered the truffle u shaped sofa from this company straight forward order and they delivered my sofa within a couple of days the 2 delivery men were very friendly and helpful and carried the sofa into my frontroom for me. "U Shape Sofa"

As most would be, I was so apprehensive ordering direct from facebook & had been looking at several pages at the same sofa. I settled on this one & im so glad I did. I ordered & paid my deposit on a Sunday & my sofa was delivered lunch time Wednesday.
I asked several questions beforehand & all were met with either pictures or videos for me to make an informed decision on the sofa. The delivery drivers were polite & respectful & the quality of the sofa is fab! I had visions of it being flat, poorly made etc but went with my gut & it looks exactly like pictures & has mot disappointed one bit. Highly recommend!!
