"Absolutely shocking"

Absolutely shocking. I wrote a review earlier singing this companies praises. Unfortunately, I have noticed a worn mark on my sofa where the material has worn in the end. I have contacted them to which they have said I have done this! Baring in mind my sofa arrived this morning and I’ve been at work all day so nobody has been near it until I sat down this evening and noticed the mark. I have asked for a replacement piece as when I purchased it stated brand new, which all the rest does look but it should mean the whole thing when stated. Absolutely shocking customer service when it comes to a problem. I will be taking this further as this is my sector of work.

I must say I am not keen on ordering online as I prefer to see the product in person prior to purchasing however, this was my first experience and I surely had my doubts. I must say from placing the order to receiving the goods my experience has been pleased. As confirmed I received my sofa on time and the quality of the product is satisfactory.

Purchased the Dino swivel chair. Looks like a TOY nothing like the original picture so poorly made aswell not worth £300 don't waste your money!
