The products are great and time for delivery good. However the delivery itself was not good. Despite the address and delivery instructions being correct and clearly marked on the box it was delivered to the adjoining postcode and a differently named street. On retrieval by myself and despite my delivery instructions the box had just been left on the doorstep of the wrong address on a day when rain was predicted and a weather warning for thunderstorms in place. I was at home waiting for the parcel and the courier must have passed my house to reach the address they left it at.
This is the first time we have used you and we regularly order these goods. Your products are excellent and fulfillment good so I suggest you have a word with your courier as we would very much like to continue to use your service
