Shockingly poor- 7 seater booked for airport, an hour to pick up no contact used online contact where they basically said they’d refund and cancel the car. Two cars from two different companies eventually turned up. Return trip a disaster again one driver contacted us the day before. No meet and greet eventually found that driver in chaotic circumstances for three of our party including a one year old baby. The other driver contacted us nearly an hour after our arrival and told us to go back into the terminal and ring him. He basically wanted us to walk outside the terminal (so he wouldn’t have to pay parking) walk up a walkway and wait at a bus stop. We had no idea of who he was or his car. He was very aggressive and called us pillocks as we hadn’t paid for the meet and greet which we emphasised to him that we had. We paid £200.60 for two trips from our home to the airport which was virtually 20 minutes away. We decided we didn’t want to get in his car and got a black cab instead. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY CLAIM

"Very poor service"
Booked a minicab through Cabhit for an airport transfer but noone showed up. I had called the day before to make sure I would be allocated a driver and I was assured it would be the case. It was not. If you need a cab on time then use another service.

"Cancelled airport booking at last minute"
Cabhit confirmed my booking for an early morning trip to Heathrow, but the driver didn't show up. Tried calling on the phone, no answer. I was able to reach someone by webchat, who said my booking was cancelled because the driver didn't have the child seats I requested. The booking page doesn't say anything about a cutoff time for booking child seats though, and Cabhit sent me a booking confirmation and charged my credit card, so I assumed everything was sorted.
My prior trip with them, they sent a driver with infant seats even though I requested booster seats for older children. Will avoid from now on.

"Very bad service"
Very bad service , I’ve booked a taxi through this website to go to my work and the driver meant to turn up at 9AM but he didn’t turn up on time and I had to call them they said sorry no one checked your reservation , the driver turned up 10 minutes late , when I contacted them on live chat to complain , the agent told me to not use their service again !!

"Had a terrible experience"
Had a terrible experience. The seat provided for my toddler was both defective and improperly installed, and when I voiced concerns, the driver threatened to leave my family on the side of the road at 2am. Myriad other things went wrong, but I figured -- hey, that's what Cabhit's own provider reviews are for. So I gave a detailed and accurate review to Cabhit, and waited for it to appear on their page for that particular operator (A & M Cars). But you know what? It didn't appear, while subsequent 5-star reviews have continued to accumulate. I can't say whether those reviews are legitimate or not, but I CAN say that Cabhit is cooking the books by eliminating poor reviews. Which makes them an untrustworthy if not fraudulent operation. I won't be using them again!

During my two month stay in Oxford, I used Cabhit Ltd. numerous times. They were wonderful! Always so happy to help, came on time, and sent pleasant drivers. The car seat for my son was perfect, and it was simply just excellent.

"Terrible service and terrible customer care"
The job was passed down a chain of subcontracted minicabs and the driver that eventually turned up, half an hour late, had a inadequate child car seat, which he didn't know how to fit into his own car. Needless to say, at the time of booking we had religiously detailed the number of passengers, age of the child an luggage we would carry.
All this was reported while it was happening, and the minicab company would blame Cabhit while Cabhit said the contrary. All in all, nobody was going to either send a minicab fitted with the appropriate child seat, on time to make to the airport, or make a partial refund for not providing the service they had offered.
The follow up with Cabhit's customer (no-)care via email is a horror film, but you are starring in it. Their responses aren't canned, but make you wish they were, because it is impossible to make any sense of their excuses to retain a full fare on a service that wasn't provided according to to the offer.
My recommendation: stay away from them. They are not truly professional, it's just a bunch that put a website together but have no operational procedures to make it work for their customers.

Booked cab for Reading. Detailed booking confirmation received, and few hours later the name and phone number of allocated driver from the company. Driver was on time. Overall good services.
