The cases are always very good, however this time there was a delay in shipping as they had run out of one of their foam trays due to high demand. This is understandable but I had to contact them to find out any information as I was not informed that there would be additional delays to shipping.

If there is likely to be a delay beyond expectations, it should be standard practice to inform the customer.
