It was fine. Got a heads up email about a delay which was nice. Besides the delay it was perfect, hence the 4 star. Otherwise 5.

Amazing product, friendly staff. They even emailed me to tell me they were busy and posting my item would be pushed back a couple of days. Would highly recommend. I'm even buying another case when I get paid.

Case is excellent, would be handy to see miniatures in the slots so you can visual see what size miniatures fit. Notified me the delivery would be a little late which is great they did the communication. As someone from a customer service background it's always good to let the customer know whats happening even if it's not good news. This is the 2nd time i've ordered from them and service has always been good as well as the product

Excellent case, arrived quickly, in perfect nick and I could track its progress! The case itself is sturdy and the various foam inserts I chose are fantastic and seem durable- I would reccomend the pick foam over some of the 'shaped' cutouts for versatility and ease of use but you get a lot of bang for your buck regardless!
